Window Scantlings

Fensternkanteln.eu specializes in supply of window scantlings of various measures. Scantlings are produced using modern and widely recognized machinery from „Michael Weinig”. The drying of wood takes place in automated drying-kilns programmed to ensure optimum microclimate, even drying and high quality of the wood. The guaranteed moisture of the dried lamellas is 12% (+/- 2%).  The window scantlings are manufactured from defect-free and branch-free lamellas that are either fixed (FIX) or finger-joined (FJ) and may be used for manufacturing of various standards of finger-joined window scantlings. Fingerjoining place is visible on the wider edge. The basic standards currently available are:

The lamellas of 900mm to 3000mm in length are used to produce the following high quality fixed window scantlings without the finger joining place:

    • 72x115x900-3000, FIX, R/T/R
    • 72x145x900-3000, FIX, R/T/R
 
On demand we may supply tangential window scantlings (T/T/T):
    • 72x86x6000, FJ, T/T/T
    • 72x86x6000, FJ, BLU
 
In case of long-term contracts we may also ensure manufacturing of other measures of window scantlings according to your requirements, such as
    • 63x86x6000, FJ, R/T/R

Briquettes

 We are supplying wooden briquettes, both round and squared. The briquettes are produced from pine wood chips and woodwaste. The quality of the briquettes complies with all EU requirements for this type of fuel. The briquettes are packed in packages of 10 or 25kg. One euro palette includes +/- 1,000kg.

The current price of briquettes is 115.- Eur/t.

Laminated plates

We are supplying pine tree and/or spruce tree plates fingerjoined in length and width with the following measures: 
    Thickness: 20-40mm;
    Width: up to 300mm;
    Length: up to 48000mm.

Various quality standards are available depending on your requirements. The quality of the surface finishing of this product corresponds to the quality of the shaving. The plates are with wedge-formed joining places.

Boards for finishing and floors

We are supplying boards for finishing and floors of various measures and quality of the timber.

The price of the paneling boards start from 8,50 EUR/m2, transportation costs not included. The transportation costs depend on the volume of the cargo and the place of delivery.

Pellets

We are producing pellets with diameter of 6mm. We may provide packaging of the granules in 1t and 0.5t packages and their delivery. The current price is 132.- Eur/t.
